Refund policy

At Veluna, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days after receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within up to 10 business days using the original payment method.
